1. I want to design my own office reception space. Can you provide me with CAD blocks?
- Yes. We provide CAD blocks in various formats for all our reception desks and furniture ranges. Please get in touch.
2. Can I have a logo on the upstand of my reception desk?
- Yes. Classic reception desks: We offer options for cut-out logos in etch-effect film or vinyl applications. Artwork must be provided in EPS vector format.
- Light reception desks: vinyl logos or full-colour graphics (300 dpi at A4 size) can be applied. EPS vector format is required.
3. Can I have the logo in colour?
- Yes. We can apply logos in coloured vinyl. Artwork must be provided in EPS vector format. Costs vary based on complexity and number of colours.
4. Can I include lighting features on my reception desk?
- Yes. Plinth or counter lighting is available as an optional extra. Contact us to discuss options and pricing.
5. What are your current lead times?
- Our lead times vary depending on the product: Typically 4-6 weeks for a standard product.
6. Can you supply me with material samples?
- Yes. We can provide samples of our standard finishes, including veneers, laminates, and fabrics. For laminate options, you can also visit www.egger.co.uk.
7. What are my trade terms?
- Existing clients: Terms already agreed
- New clients: Please complete a Credit Account Application Form to confirm trade terms.
8. I like your standard products, but they don't fit my space. Can you customise them?
- Absolutely. Our design team can modify existing products or develop a custom solution.
9. Can I download technical information and visuals?
- Yes. You can download product images, specifications, line drawings, and CAD blocks from the Resources page.
10. Do you deliver and install?
- Yes. Our in-house installation team ensures professional delivery and setup across the UK.
11. Is there a charge for delivery and installation?
- Yes. Delivery and installation costs depend on the level of service:
- Standard scheduled delivery: Area-dependent charges apply.
- Bespoke or special projects: Costs vary based on requirements.
- Collection: Available ex-works by prior agreement.

- Yes. Frem specialises in bespoke furniture solutions. Our team will support you from concept to installation.
14. Do you offer site surveys?
- Fitted furniture: Site surveys are available.
- Freestanding furniture: We provide a site survey form to capture project requirements.
15. How should I clean Frem furniture?
- Veneered surfaces: clean with a soft damp cloth and dry with a duster. Avoid polish or wax.
- Laminate/solid surfaces: Use non-abrasive, non-aerosol cleaner. Wipe spills promptly.
- Glass/acrylic upstands: Use glass cleaner on the visitor side; a damp cloth on the reverse.
- Sandblasted glass shelves: Clean only with a damp cloth.
- Metal components: Wipe with a dry cloth or apply WD40 and buff

All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
19. Warranty
All products come with a 5 Year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. Please notify us of any issues within 7 days of delivery and 1 year warranty for electrics.
